3. Membership & Services3.1 Membership Options

  • Free Membership: Limited access to select hotel facilities, pay-per-use model.
  • Premium Membership: Paid subscription with enhanced benefits, such as priority bookings and discounts.

3.2 Membership Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • Members must provide accurate and complete information.
  • StarPass reserves the right to approve or reject applications.

3.3 Membership Fees & Payment

  • Premium membership is billed monthly or annually.
  • Payments are processed via the payment provider visible on the website
  • Members can cancel their Premium membership at any time, but no refunds are provided.

3.4 Cancellation & Termination

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings.
  • StarPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

  • Members may book hotel facilities through the StarPass platform.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and partner hotel policies.

4.2 Hotel Policies & Conduct

  • Members must comply with each hotel’s policies, dress codes, and house rules.
  • Any misconduct may result in removal from the premises and termination of membership.
  • StarPass is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property at partner hotels.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • StarPass acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by partner hotels.
  • StarPass is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred at a partner hotel.
  • While we strive for accuracy, StarPass does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Members' personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendments to These Terms

StarPass reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
